HILL begins each partnership with an intensive literacy analysis so we gain a deep understanding of how reading and writing is taught at each grade level, and across all grades, and then we provide detailed recommendations on how best to make improvements.
Step One: Data CollectionHILL conducts interviews, focus groups and surveys with administrators, paraprofessionals teachers and parents, issues surveys and gathers school-reported information. Step Two: AnalysisOnce collected, the data is then analyzed by our team who then works closely with your Leadership to identify top priorities for year-one implementation. Step Three: ReportingWe provide a comprehensive review and report on your current state of literacy as well as recommended improvement goals and detailed activities and a timeline to achieve those goals.
